Apple has finally announced the Iphone 3G and its going to be sell in a shocking price of 199$ (8GB) and 299$ (16GB). The new iPhone will sport a glossy black,replacing the satin nickel look found on the current model. A combination of lower component costs, cheaper materials, and changing business models is behind the drastic price cut for Apple’s new 3G iPhone!!

The new phone features are GPS, 3G technology and offering a better battery life. What more you want for this price? So lets wait for it!
